Résumé

Cette fois, l'inspecteur Spartan est allé beaucoup trop loin. Il a causé la mort de trente otages, en voulant arrêter Phoenix, un terroriste psychotique. En guise de châtiment, Spartan est cryogénisé. Trente ans plus tard, le policier reprend du service pour donner à nouveau la chasse à Phoenix...
