Résumé

In Brixton in south London, Martel meets a builder intent on transforming a period terrace into a beautiful family home, but it won't come cheap! Jacqui is in Norfolk, where a two-roomed bungalow is as compact as it sounds. Tommy is in Essex and is not impressed by something he sees at the front of an end-of-terrace.
