Résumé

Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond celebrate the fantastic range of food and drink Scotland has to offer. In this episode, they focus on meat and cook a rack of Scotch lamb with roast miso aubergine and sauce vierge. Joining them in the kitchen are shepherdess Michelle Stephen from Aberdeenshire and comedian farmer Jim Smith, who selects a local Perthshire beer to accompany the food.
