Résumé

Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond celebrate the fantastic range of food and drink Scotland has to offer. In this episode, they focus on seafood and cook roast monkfish with mussels and bacon. Joining them in the kitchen are Fenella Renwick and Kirsty Scobie of the Seafood Shack in Ullapool, and Invictus athlete and presenter JJ Chalmers, who chooses a Scottish gin to accompany the food.
