Résumé

Un garçon malade, admis à l'hôpital, est pris en charge par Ethan, qui s'interroge sur sa pathologie. Le médecin doit faire un choix difficile, qui dégénère rapidement en une situation compliquée et dangereuse. Connor et Maggie, quant à eux, sont mis à l'épreuve. Pendant ce temps, Natalie et Ethan ne savent pas trop quoi faire avec Elsa, la nouvelle étudiante en médecine de troisième année...
