Nicki Chapman is in captivating Cornwall, where she has some wonderful Cornish homes lined up to tempt a buyer from suburban Surrey who is looking for a fresh start for him and his grandson. Whilst in the county, Nicki pays a visit to Newlyn Harbour and discovers how sustainability and traceability are at the forefront of the local fishing industry.
