Anna learns about Veda bread, a unique malt loaf staple in Belfast, before cooking for tourists at the birthplace of the Titanic. Carl puts Anna through her paces in the boxing ring and brings her to one of the city's last traditional bakeries, where she discovers the local sweet treat, Fifteens.
Iolo's River Valleys Iolo explores the Dyfi Valley, starting at Ynyslas National Nature Reserve in late spring, where ringed plovers and vibrant orchids can be found. Nearby, Cors Fochno, one of Britain's largest raised bogs, offers a rare habitat teeming with unique wildlife, including nightjars and dragonflies. At Cors Dyfi, the valley's most famous residents, ospreys, take centre stage. And near Machynlleth, Iolo has an unforgettable encounter with one of the first wild Welsh beavers in centuries.
