Impossible
Game show presented by Rick Edwards in which players score points by answering questions correctly. However, they must avoid the Impossible answers, otherwise they will be eliminated from the show until the next day. In each episode, there are three rounds, and the three highest scorers from each round play against each other in the final. The winner of this battle faces a £10,000 question.
The Boss
Susan Calman hosts this lively quiz where a boss is chosen among five players and answers five questions to determine the value of each question. Contestants face multiple-choice quickfire questions, puzzles and then one of them is put in control and nominates which of the other participants is the best to answer a particular question. The real Boss takes all cash and walks away.
The Tournament
Eight contestants go against each other in as series of fun challenges. It is a fast-paced quiz in which the competitors eliminate each other to win the cash prize.

In Bury, at Britain's best market, Rick immerses himself in the rich food traditions of north west England. In Manchester, he meets Joe Otway, an exciting chef reinventing those traditions for a hip crowd, and at a shop selling old vinyl records, Rick recalls how much joy Manchester's music has brought him. Rick cooks a scotch egg for a ploughman's and one of his favourites, liver, bacon and onions.
